Day 1 - Sunday

Marrakech / Arrival

Arrival to Marrakech airport. Assistance and transfer
to hotel. Lunch at the hotel. In the afternoon enjoy
our exclusive sightseeing tour around the city.
Marrakech is the “pearl of the south” founded by
the “Almoravides” dynasty at the end of the 11
Century. Discovery of the souks of Marrakech and
the “Djemaa El Fna” square. Visit to “Menara
and Agdal gardens, the Koutoubia, and the Bahia
Palace. Optional Dinner in a typical Moroccan
restaurant with folklore show.

Day 2 - Monday

Marrakech- Ouarzazate

Breakfast and departure to Ouarzazate through the
Tichka Pass (2260 m). Optional lunch in Kasbah Ait
Benhadou. Visit of this fortified village, the most
spectacular fortress in the south of Morocco of “glawa’s
land”. In the afternoon continue to Ouarzazate, visit
of “Tiffoultout and Taourirt” Kasbahs. Dinner and
overnight stay.(B,D)

Day 3 - Tuesday

Ouarzazate-Zagora

Breakfast and departure to Zagora via the Draa Valley

(Palm grove). Visit the village of Amzrou (an old Jewish

village). Optional lunch. Optional visit of M’hamid, the
last settlement before the Sahara. Dinner and overnight

Day 4 - Wednesday

Zagora- Rissani – Erfoud + Optional visits
of Merzouga

Breakfast and departure to Erfoud. Stop at
Rissani; the capital of “Tafilalt”, where the
“Alawite” dynasty ancestors are buried, visit of the
17th century Kasbah and imposing ruins of “Ksar
Abbar”. Optional lunch. Continue to Erfoud. Diner
& overnight at the Hotel. (B,D)

OPTION 1: Sunset and return to the Hotel

Erfoud is the gateway to one of the most beautiful
natural sites in the world, the amazing dunes at
Erg Chebbi.In the afternoon Arrival at your hotel
where you change vehicles to a 4-wheel drive and
departure over a track road (about 1 hour 15 mn)
Arrive at the spectacular dunes of Erg Chebbi
which were featured in fil Lawrence of Arabia.The
dunes are a majestic sight and you can spend as
much time as you like walking among them as you
witness the sunset.If you get too tired or seem to
go too far, there are several camel drivers who will
find you and bring you back! Return to your hotel
for a late supper.

OPTION 2:

1 Night Bivouac at MERZOUGA

DUNES

Drive by 4×4 from Erfoud, 55 km. En route you
would stop at a fossil quarry and visit the lake. If
there is water, you have to witness a spectacular
cluster of wild birds.Proceed to desert, the golden
sand dunes of Merzouga, one of the unforgettable
sights in Morocco.Switching to camels, and trek
into the vast and silent Sahara, to Berber camp
for overnight Magic and unusual venue for an
unforgettable experience Bivouac decoration:
On arrival at the Camp, you would be greeted in

OPTION 3:

Camel Riding (Mehari)

One night in the sand dunes and Camel riding
(according to the Bedoui way of life). Upon your
arrival, camels would be waiting for you to experience
an unforgettable ride. The «desert ship» would carry
you through sand dunes and spectacular scenery.
It will be followed by a magical guided-tour and the
admiration of a star studded sky. Then a bivouac
would be set up around a wood fire. Bedouin
traditional dinner and accommodation will be
provided under a nomadic tent.

Day 5 – Thursday

SUNRISE at MERZOUGA DUNES + Erfoud –
Ouarzazate

To see Merzouga, no one ever regretted getting up at
5 am to witness the unique sunrise : admire and watch
the pink disc of the sun appearing over the gigantic
dunes of Merzouga. After breakfast : Morning departure
to Tinghir via Tinejdad road with its magnificent
Kasbahs. – Optional lunch. Visit of the Todra canyons.
Continuation to El Kelaa through the Dades Valey. Short
sightseeing of El Kelaa (roses Festival in May). Departure
to Ouarzazate through the road of thousands Kasbahs.
Dinner & overnight at the Hotel. (B,D)

Day 6 – Friday

Ouarzazate – Marrakech

Breakfast & departure to Marrakech. Optional Lunch or
at the Hotel. Enjoy your afternoon at leisure Or choice
